Following Bose MGM store design on Joy City Shanghai, we then helped local team to roll-out 7 stores Shanghai, setting the foundation for more than 80 stores to open the first year. Each store concept had to be adapted to the layout of the new locations. We collaborated with Bose team to create new design features - such as canopies, special cash desks & displays - to fit any locations requirements. It resulted in the creation of a design tool-box that the local team can pick from to keep rolling-out new stores.
